These terms govern your use of the Irongate app, operated by Davenports LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("Irongate," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Irongate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at irongate.app.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Irongate offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and are subject to Apple's own payment terms:
Irongate is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Habit tracking, workout logging, nutrition tracking, and goal planning are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. Talk to a doctor before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition. You use Irongate's fitness and nutrition features at your own risk.
The AI Coach uses a third-party AI model to generate responses based on your logged data. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, financial, or psychological advice. Don't rely on it for decisions where being wrong would be harmful.
When you connect with other users or post activity, you're choosing to share that information with them. Be respectful. We prohibit:
We can remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate this, at our discretion, with or without notice for serious violations.
You own what you post. By posting in shared/social areas of the app, you grant us a license to display it to the users you shared it with, as part of operating the feature. We don't claim ownership of your personal logs (habits, workouts, goals) — that data is yours; see the Privacy Policy for how to export or delete it.
The Irongate app, name, and branding are our property. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or use them without permission beyond what's needed to use the app as intended.
You can delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy §6). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Irongate is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific goals — building better habits and hitting goals ultimately depends on you, not the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Davenports LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Irongate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
We'll notify you in-app of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
